Elizabeth Jeppesen is a senior at Westlake High School and her passion is Culinary Arts. She has taken all her culinary classes from Candace Wilson at Westlake. She took Foods 1 & 2 and ProStart 1 and is currently enrolled in ProStart 2. She is on track to complete the Culinary Arts Pathway at Westlake. This year, Elizabeth attended the National ProStart Competition in March in South Carolina where her team placed 13th. She then competed in the FCCLA competition in July winning 1st in the state! This summer she auditioned and filmed a cooking competition for the tv show “Teen Chef Pro” on Fox 13 which will air this fall. Elizabeth plans to attend UVU after graduation in the Culinary program. She wants to own her own restaurant in the future.
